Ski Storage

We offer a ski storage service available between the hours of 9 a.m to 5 p.m

We offer a personalised ski storage service, in which we take every care of your equipment so that the following morning you will find it ready and in perfect condition for use.

Each morning will offer you a local professional who will explain the state of the slopes and the weather conditions to you. “Butler Service” is the highest level of personalised service, in which we heat your boots, we help you to put your boots on and take your boots off and even help you to transport your equipment to the telecabin of Val de Ruda if you so desire.

We know that skiing is a tough sport and as well as the physical effort it requires, you also have to carry all the necessary equipment. That is why we have thought of this service, which without a doubt will make your skiing days much more comfortable and fulfilling, forgetting all about the worries of transport and walking with uncomfortable ski boots.

Miniclub

We know how important it is for parents to leave their children in safe hands and with that in mind we created and designed our miniclub with specialised staff who work from 3p.m until 9p.m from Monday to Sunday. In the club your children will be able to enjoy multiple activities and games that our team will facilitate. Our miniclub has a giant castle full of balls for the smallest ones, play stations, table football, darts, plasma televisions, dvd and recreational area. Without a doubt this is the ideal place for children between the ages of 3 and 16 and probably the best option in the area.

Parking

The Hotel Val de Neu has an underground parking facility with 100 places. We offer guests a valet parking service when leaving or picking up your car, should you so wish.
